Nalpac Completes Pipedream University Training

FERNDALE, Mich. — Nalpac announced it has returned from a fun-filled and educational weekend at Pipedream’s headquarters in Chatsworth, Calif., where it completed the Pipedream University program.

Pipedream created the PDU program in order to educate distributors and provide sales tools for its extensive selection of adult novelties.

The Nalpac Team was treated to a facility tour, watching products being made by hand. Then Nalpac learned new sales strategies, warehouse and shipping procedures, merchandising, training and event opportunities for stores, and received Planogrammer and extensive product training.

“We want to thank Pipedream for their hospitality and extremely polished presentation of their products and tools available to all," said Nalpac owner Ralph Caplan. "We are especially excited about the Pipedream Planogrammer and we look forward to incorporating it into our sales techniques. We are looking forward to sharing our training with our customers so that they can see how easy it is to create store displays One Wall at a Time."
