VAN NUYS, Calif. — Fetish model and performer Julie Simone announced today that she and distributor Pure Play Media are severing ties with the release of "Foot Fetish Sluts 2."
"This will be my last release through Pure Play Media. I’m looking for a new distributor and am hoping for a fresh start in 2013," Simone said in a statement.
The distribution deal between Julie Simone Productions and Pure Play Media was signed in April and called for the release of two titles a month. With the agreement now dissolved, Simone plans to take some time off from movie production.
"Without distribution there's really no point in continuing to make videos of any type,” Simone said.
The "Foot Fetish Sluts" line was launched in August and is one of Simone's favorites. "Foot Fetish Sluts 2" is in stores today. It stars Simone, Lena Ramon, Bella Vendetta, Deanna Deadly, Elena Deluca, Eden Alexander and Mistress Genevieve.
