Gentlemen Comics' Website Debuts

LOS ANGELES — Gentlemen Comics, a new publishing company exclusively showcasing and selling adult-themed graphic novels, has launched its official website with 13 original titles.

The publisher said the comics for purchase include “Maya,” “Scarlet Lady,” “Krystopia,” “Beezlebabe,” “F.E.R.A.L.,” “Conquest of the Semal,” “Sexual Tension,” “The Trap,”  “Revenge of the Ravaged,” “Winter in India,” “Miss Rita,” “Kama & Sutra” and “Rooftops.”

“We are elated that our dreams and desires to create an incredible website has been completed," spokesperson Gary Cockerell said.

He added, "With our team of more than 40 creators, we will create high quality adult graphic novels, with riveting storylines and in-depth characters — taking modern adult comics to a whole new level,”

The “Maya” series is free for all fans, with an update schedule of one page per day. The Maya character is an undercover agent posing as a call girl who is faced with erotic encounters as she maneuvers her dangerous double life.

The Nov. 18 launch date was done as a nod to famed graphic novel writer Alan Moore who wrote the sexually charged “Lost Girls.”  The publisher said Moore was the inspiration for the creation of the “online destination of original erotic graphic themes that push carnal boundaries and stimulate the imagination.”
