SAN FRANCISCO — Good Vibrations' trained and compassionate staff, Sex Educator-Sales Associates (SESAs), are on call seven days a week throughout the holiday season.
Good Vibes’ customer support is available seven days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and weekends 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., PST. The staff can be reached by dialing 1 (800) BUY-VIBE, or online via live chat support.
In 1993, Good Vibrations coined the phrase "Sex Educator-Sales Associate" as the job title for its front-line staff, which utilizes education in helping customers find and choose the products that will best meet their needs.

SESAs are trained to educate customers about the finer details of products, human sexuality and anatomy, as well as useful how-to tips and techniques to make sex more pleasurable. All SESAs are required to participate in an extensive training program taught by staff PhDs. This training is supplemented by readings and ongoing education that is continually updated.
