Gay Porn Star Jake Genesis Talks Law Enforcement Past

SAN FRANCISCO — Raging Stallion's new contract performer Jake Genesis is talking to the press about his background in law enforcement and his new-found career as a gay porn star.

Genesis, an eight-year veteran of the Oakland Police Department, left the force in 2010, shortly after coming out as a gay man, and moved to Madrid where he finally felt liberated enough to embark on a porn career.

“Although I was obviously aware that the globe is only as big as a computer screen with an Internet connection, living as an expat gave me a sense of freedom and anonymity that made saying ‘yes’ to porn exponentially easier,” Genesis told the Examiner.com.

Despite being threatened and ridiculed for being a gay police officer, Genesis says he has no plans to portray an officer of the law on film.

“I personally hope to never be forced to play a cop in porn because I have friends who gave their lives while wearing that uniform,” Genesis said. “I have too much respect for both the uniform and the job to use it in that way.”

Genesis signed a one-year exclusive contract with Raging Stallion this month after having performed in a couple of scenes for Raging Stallion’s sister company Falcon Studios.

In addition to performing in Raging Stallion and Falcon titles, the deal calls for Genesis to make marketing appearances and write a blog for the studio's "HUNT" e-zine.
