LOS ANGELES — Adult performer and Texas native, Katie Summers, has teamed with a local production company from her hometown to raise money for an independent passion project.
Summers said she is working with lifelong friend Anthony Cortez, who is writing and directing the film.
“I am really excited to be working with one of my best friends," Summers said. “He and I have been talking about putting this film into production for years now. It’s a dream for both of us.”
The 23-year-old said she has also wanted to move into the other aspects of movie production. She received a nomination for Performer Website of the Year (ClubKatieSummers.com) for the 2013 XBIZ Awards. This year also marks the release of some of Summers' most prominent movies to date, including titles from Hustler, X-Play and Sinister X Syndicate. Summers' credits include "South Park XXX" and "Snow White XXX."
