PUERTO RICO — Angelina Castro is appearing in Puerto Rico tonight in San Juan at Nuestro Son, beginning at 9 p.m. EST where she will meet fans and be available for pictures.
Castro is in Puerto Rico to shoot for her website which is part of Vicky Vette's VNA Girls Network of websites.
She has been touring Puerto Rico documenting the impact of porn and sex in the region.
Castro is a frequent guest on mainstream Spanish media outlets such as Telemundo. Last year, Castro caused a furor in the Cuban/Latino community after she appeared on Radio Marti, a radio station funded by U.S. tax dollars to highlight the virtues of democracy and free market economics to the Cuban community.
She also made worldwide headlines as part of the #TeamBJ twitter sensation with Sara Jay, pledging to give followers oral sex if the Miami Heat won the NBA title.
She was named one of XBIZ's Top 100 Newsmakers in 2011.
"Puerto Rico has been amazing and I am grateful that the community has been so open to me," she said. "The Latin American adult market is massive and I wanted to reach out to fans directly by appearing there. I am recognized almost everywhere I go which is pretty surprising. People in Puerto Rico watch porn more than I thought."
