AHF Files 1st Complaint Under L.A. County’s Measure B

LOS ANGELES — Immoral Productions may be the first adult studio in Los Angeles County to be targeted under Measure B, the county ordinance requiring condom use on porn sets.

The AIDS Healthcare Foundation, the sponsor behind last year's Measure B, claims it received an anonymous letter alleging that Immoral Productions was producing condom-less porn movies.

As a result, the AHF has filed the first complaint under the new Los Angeles County condoms in porn law, the group said.

“Immoral Productions is producing adult-themed content wherein the actors are engaging in vaginal and anal penetrative acts without the use of condoms,” the AHF said in a letter to the county’s Public Health director, Jonathan Fielding.

The AHF said Immoral Productions had a provisional health permit and that it verified its claim through a review of content at ImmoralLive.com.

"Business activities occurring at Immoral Productions pose a substantial risk of bodily harm and lifelong disability," wrote AHF analyst Mark Roy McGrath in his complaint letter to the county health department.

The AHF is planning a press conference tomorrow morning to reveal additional details of the complaint.

Attorney Michael Fattorosi, who represents Immoral Productions, declined comment on the AHF's complaint.
