Temptation Awards Move to the Ritz

LOS ANGELES — Following a contractual disagreement, Temptation News, the force behind the inaugural Temptation Awards, has selected the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Pasadena, Calif. as the new venue for the July 29 show.

The show, which has contributing sponsorship from HotMovies.com, E-Omega Solutions, AdultDVDEmpire, Pink Visual Productions and SplitInfinity, was the brainchild of Temptation News CEO George Whitty, who called the Ritz-Carlton a “perfectly suited” location.

“Due to a contractual disagreement the Beverly Hilton is no longer a viable choice for our top-notch adult awards ceremony,” Whitty said. “The Ritz-Carlton is a perfect last minute upgrade in venue, providing further elegance and luster to this truly unique and outstanding show. The Ritz has openly embraced the opportunity to accommodate the Temptation Awards.”

Despite the change in venue, the show is expected to proceed as planned. Following a 7:30 p.m. red carpet reception, attendees will mingle for hors d’oeuvres and cocktails in the hotel’s reception area. The show itself will be held in the hotel ballroom, where guests will be treated to a four-course meal followed by the awards ceremony.
