Nick Hawk ‘Gigolo’ Launch Party Draws Female Fans in Droves to Hustler Hollywood

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — With its storefront bearing a massive promo shot for the Nick Hawk Gigolo Collection by Calexotics, Hustler Hollywood celebrated the launch of the line with a party attended by media, industry personalities and Hawk’s female fan base.

The Vegas-themed soiree offered attendees casino tables courtesy of Hustler Casino, champagne, air-brushed tattoos and a red carpet arrival. The first 100 attendees also received gift bags.

“Because reality TV is so popular, I expect sales to be great for this line,” Hustler Hollywood’s Theresa Flynt told XBIZ. “With his big fan base, you can’t go wrong with this line — we’ve already been selling a lot of his product.”

Flynt said that the Sunset Boulevard-facing window display has its own following, with women frequently stopping for a photo.

“They’ve been tweeting and tagging on social media, and that’s also served as promotion for the line and Hustler Hollywood,” she said.

“Hustler Hollywood did a great job,” Al Bloom, CalExotics director of marketing, told XBIZ. “It’s been exciting working with Nick. He had a specific idea with this line and he’s followed through with his vision and he was also particular about this line offering quality but being affordable.”

Honey’s Place President Bonnie Feingold also attended the launch party. Noting her close relationship with both CalExotics and Hustler Hollywood, Feingold told XBIZ that the collaboration of the two was a success.

“It’s an exciting match and a great event,” she said. “The turnout was great and I think it’s largely due to the popularity of reality TV and Nick’s presence on social media.”

While signing autographs and posing for photos, Hawk told XBIZ that the event went “amazing.”

“I’m really surprised at how many people recognize me from the show,” Hawk said. “I think ‘Gigolos’ is great for society — we promote having a fun, healthy sex life, and the fans are really appreciating it. This is definitely the most fans I’ve seen converge in the same area, and everyone I’ve met has been just great.”

Working closely with CalExotics to create his signature line of pleasure products has been a positive experience for Hawk, he said. “I’ve been very involved in the process and everyone at CalExotics has such a great attitude, we work very well together.”

Hawk is the star of the hit cable TV Showtime series, “Gigolos,” and partnered with CalExotis to create a line with 22 items. Many products were developed according to Hawk’s specifications based on his experience as a professional gigolo and sex expert.
