CCBill Releases FlexStats; New Stat Reports Available

TEMPE, Ariz. — CCBill announced today that a new report system is now available for merchants and affiliates within the CCBill Admin Portal.

FlexStats, debuting with two reports (Merchant Transactions and Affiliate Transactions), is the latest toolset the company is offering to help businesses better understand their data, and their consumers’ purchasing patterns, said Gary Jackson, managing vice president of sales and Internet markets for CCBill.

“Information is critical to successfully operating a business. These new reports and new system enable quick access to data in graphical and summarized formats to facilitate actionable decisions based on timely facts and figures,” Jackson said. “When looking at the report, an online merchant or affiliate manager can quickly surmise what is going on with any given marketing campaign or promotional program and if necessary, make business adjustments accordingly to drive additional revenues. Personally, I’m fascinated by the new system and use it daily for our own internal tracking.”

The FlexStats system is capable of displaying at-a-glance information for the current day’s income, the previous day’s income, along with weekly, monthly or year-to-date numbers.

The selected date range can then be plotted for transaction type, payment type, region, or currency; with a number of criteria under each for additional analysis.

Custom ranges can be defined as well providing an easy-to-use tool that can indicate and display the information most important to the users, and points within the graphs can be hovered over to show specific data point numbers.

“We wanted to design a system that was easy for any merchant or affiliate to use, while still offering the levels of detail necessary to help them make informed decisions for their business,” said Jason Kirk, vice president of product development for CCBill. “Any graph can be generated with just a few clicks and data can be analyzed as applicable with ease. The functionalities are all designed around providing access to actionable data in the most efficient way possible, so online merchants and affiliate program owners can spend more time operating their business.”

FlexStats is offered at no extra charge to any CCBill merchant or affiliate.
