Jack Mardack Joins Earl Miller Team

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — The Earl Miller team is not only growing in traffic and website acquisitions, but its staff is growing too. Adding to the creative team behind his web properties, Miller has hired Jack Mardack.

Started by Miller, Penthouse’s most published photographer, EarlMiller.com is the company’s flagship site that features photos and video from the lensman.

Formerly of AdultFriendFinder, consultant for SexyAds.com and founder of ProfitLAB, Mardack joins the Earl Miller team to optimize and grow the company’s traffic assets, and to spearhead new offline marketing programs. He joins Vice President of Acquisitions and Business Development Joe Jekel and President and COO Boldy at the company.

“I met Joe at many tradeshows, and personal simpatico turned into business talk,” Mardack told XBIZ. “We talked informally at first, which then turned into a formal arrangement that culminated in me joining the Earl Miller team.”

Mardack explained that he will wear many hats with the company.

“The position is primarily a marketing position,” Mardack said. “But since I’m a webmaster, traffic guy and idea man, this is a great opportunity for me because Earl Miller has all these properties I can lend my talent and experience to. The branding aspect excites me, too, because Earl Miller is a big name to push. I get to do all the things I love — webmaster ideas, marketing tactics and working the crowd.”

Earl Miller operates a network of exclusive paysites and recently purchased the AdultSeriesCash affiliate program. The company also controls a network of free sites so big it’s not reliant on affiliates for traffic. All told, the Earl Miller network generates millions of clicks, Mardack said.

“I am very excited to have Jack on the team,” Jekel said. “We have several things planned that I think a man of Jack’s abilities will be a perfect fit for. Stay tuned and watch the announcements rolling out over these next few months. Our first line of DVDs will be hitting the stores soon from Earl Miller Studios.”

The new DVD line is a way for the company to monetize content its already produced. The company is moving slow with DVD production to make sure it can achieve the highest quality before putting it on the market, Mardack explained.

Also part of Mardack’s new position will be assisting in “The Great Earl Miller Centerfold Search.” The nationwide contest will have the Earl Miller team traveling throughout the U.S. in search of the next big centerfold. The company is planning to offer up to $150,000 per year for the best models.

“I’m truly excited about going on the road and looking for the hottest girls in America,” Mardack said. “We’re going to play up the reality aspect in our quest and judging from the popularity of similar shows on mainstream TV, we think we have a winner. This contest is going to take viewers through the whole process and backstage-type drama that goes on. This trip will result in new content that we plan on featuring as an expose on finding new talent.”

Earl Miller is still in acquisition mode and is looking to buy paysites and freesites, according to Mardack.
