Britney Rears Site Gets A Makeover

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — With a brand-new movie less than 3 weeks away, BritneyRears.com has received a makeover, giving a brand new shine to the much-trafficked website.

BritneyRears.com is now packed with movie trailers, photo galleries, news stories, a music section where fans can listen to all the Britney music, and fun contests offering fans a look at what the forthcoming “Britney Rears 3: Britney Gets Shafted” DVD has to offer.

“We wanted to provide all of the movie trailers including the brand new trailer for ‘Britney Rears 3,’ so we have completely remodeled the entire site and the result is fantastic,” Jeff Mullen of All Media Play/X-Play said.

With movie trailers available in QuickTime as well as Windows Media Player formats, fans now have easy access to the world of Britney as well as an opportunity to take a sneak peak at “Britney Rears 3: Britney Gets Shafted” in hardcore and PG trailer versions.

“I love the new website, and we just taped a bunch of video promotional spots for retailers and also for the new contests that will be offered leading up to the movie’s release,” star Hillary Scott said.

“With Hillary Scott doing such a great job playing Britney in this third movie, we wanted to give a nice facelift to the entire website,” director Will Rider added. “I can’t believe how great the movie turned out and what a great actress Hillary has become, so it was important to build a great place for fans of Britney Rears and Hillary Scott.”

Britney Rears 3: Britney Gets Shafted from X-Play/Hustler Video will be in stores Aug. 29.

“This looks like it could be our biggest movie of the year,” Hustler’s national sales manager David Diamond said. “This Britney Rears franchise just keeps getting bigger and better, and this third volume is awesome.”

Hustler’s creative director Drew Rosenfeld added, “I was blown away when I watched a screening copy last week and I’m not just saying that. The new website is really good, but the movie is even better. Check out the trailer online and you’ll get a little taste of how good this movie is.”

To order, call David Diamond, Hustler Video, at (888) 249-3523, or email ddiamond@lfp.com.
