LOS ANGELES — Director Axel Braun discussed his high-profile super-hero porn parodies in an interview with Fox News published online this week.
Braun has shot dozens of super-hero parodies in recent years, including spoofs of Batman, Superman, The Avengers and more, all for his namesake production company and Vivid Entertainment. He recently released "Man of Steel XXX."
This week Braun began casting for upcoming parodies of "Captain America XXX" and "Spider-Man XXX 2."
In the article titled "Super-hero parodies do for porn industry what super-hero blockbusters do for Hollywood," Braun tells writer Hollie McKay he takes a different approach, "especially with comic-book material."
"I am first and foremost a fan, so I have a better understanding of what other fans would like to see," he said.
