MIAMI — Jodi West, co-owner and president of Forbidden Fruits Films, on Tuesday announced she has hired company regular Levi Cash to direct a new series of teen movies.
"Levi has been with us from the launch of our first films," West said. "He has self-directed several of our highest rated scenes to date that he has starred in. There is nobody that knows our special brand of storytelling better then him, and I am very confident that this new line will be just as successful as our others."
Jay West, who co-owns the company with his wife Jodi and is also the production manager, remarked, "With the great success of our new lesbian line, it shows that the public wants our brand in several different arenas."
Jay West noted that Cash has performed in more scenes than any other male talent for Forbidden Fruits in addition to shooting for several well-established companies. He also pointed out that Cash has produced content for companies such as Naughty America, ATKingdom and Nubiles.
"After overseeing the shooting and post-production of his first title, 'Teen Manipulations: Good Girls With No Options,' I know this line will take off like all our previous films," Jay West added.
Howard Levine, president of sales for Exile Distribution, said the Forbidden Fruits line has become a top seller.
"It has been a process, not an event," Levine said. "It has been a very well thought-out plan that has resulted in some of the most reordered content in the business. ... I am very excited to be able to offer this next step of the highly successful Forbidden Fruits line at Exile."
