JOYDIVISION Expands to the U.S. Market

ATLANTA — JOYDIVISION International AG has announced its expansion to the U.S. marketplace, with a new subsidiary in Atlanta, Georgia. The first products for purchase will be available this spring.

Headquartered in Hanover, Germany, the initial product line up for the North American market includes massage oils and candles, assorted types of lubes, cutting-edge vibrators and its signature Joyballs secret product.

According to the company, all products will continue to be manufactured in Germany.

JOYDIVISION made its U.S. debut at the ANME Expo 2014 last week in Burbank, Calif. There, the U.S. team celebrated the official market launch with giveaways and showcased its Q1 2014 product portfolio.

“The overwhelming interest in and positive feedback of the products certainly confirmed the company’s decision to finally enter the U.S. market,” a JOYDIVISION rep said in a release.

JOYDIVISION, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, is a leading brand in the European market for sensual and erotic lifestyle products.

Starting in 1994 “with just an idea, a single item and a garage as an office,” JOYDIVISION reps say it now offers more than 250 products and has distribution network in 60 countries.
