Pornstagram Offers Home for Filtered NSFW Pictures

CYBERSPACE — There’s porn, and then there’s porn with filters.

Joining the ranks of its fellow XXX social media correlates, Fuckbook and Pinsex, Pornostagram offers users a safe and non-judgmental platform to post their topless selfies and post-facial grin.

Quentin Lechemia, the French web developer who launched the app (now available for Android), had just that purpose in mind.

While the social platform’s SFW step-parent Instagram clearly rejects explicit imagery in its terms and conditions, and has even gone so far as to ban select hashtags, Pornostagram welcomes nude and comprising depictions with open arms — and ample "likes."

The site’s landing page reads, “One might call it Pornstagram or Sextagram, but whatever its name is, Pornostagram does bring together the best sex pictures on the Internet! Enjoy the sexiest porn featuring the hottest naked girls and guys ... and why not taking pictures yourself and apply some filters to them?”

According to TheDailyDot, the majority of Pornostagram users are not porn stars, but rather regular guys and gals looking to publicly express their sexy sides (and fronts and backsides).
