Said CEO Todd Glider: “We need a natural decision-maker with exceptional analytical skills; a person that is born to lead, born to inspire. A 24/7 work ethic, a passion for technological innovation and a hands-on approach to management are crucial."

"We need someone with years of industry experience, and a lot of creativity," Glider said. "Someone immediately recognizable; someone who commands industrywide respect. And that’s just scraping the surface honestly. Our biggest strength has always been our people. The person taking on this role must be pretty extraordinary.”
