NEW YORK — ABC News' "Nightline" last night broadcasted “The Effects of Piracy on Adult Entertainment,” a tell-all on how takedowns of pirated adult content are hardly making blip on the radar in the fight against copyright infringement and how one company has changed the dynamics of the biz.
Performer Tasha Reign, Jenna Ross and Aaliyah Love, along with Takedown Piracy founder Nate Glass, as well as other stakeholders in the industry discussed the detrimental effects of pirated contents streaming on the Internet.
The eight-minute episode honed in on the plight of Reign in the era of porn tube sites, which are user generated, and one of the largest adult entertainment companies, MindGeek, which owns numerous tube sites, as well as several of the top studios in Porn Valley.
"Everything that I have ever shot can be seen for free now," Reign told ABC.
