CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Brady Glasser, the 17-year-old son of adult entertainment director and producer Seymore Butts who was reported missing this week, may be in Oregon.
Butts said on Facebook on Thursday that he may be in Beaverton, Ore., a city just west of Portland. He said that it was "just confirmed he arrived Tuesday morning."
"Find this kid," said Butts, whose real name is Adam Glasser.
For the past few days Butts, with intense emotion, has made a plea for "help" on Facebook, and he has received hundreds of responses over those concerned over his son's whereabouts.
Brady Glasser had recurring roles in Showtime's "Family Business," which starred Butts. He had four roles as a cast member in the reality series that looked into the "family business" of Butts' porn empire.
Butts' family is offering a $1,000 reward for information on Brady Glasser's exact wheareabouts.
The family said the 5'9" boy with wavy brown hair and wearing glasses and braces was potentially headed on a Greyhound bus from Los Angeles to Philadelphia; Sugarhill, N.H.; or Portland, Ore.
Butts filed a missing person's report with the West Valley division of the LAPD on Monday.
TMZ reported that Brady Glasser's mother, Lila Glasser, thinks he might have been feeling "intense pressure stemming from his upcoming high school graduation." The news site also said the family believes he might have left town to visit a friend he met online "since he's an avid online gamer."
