National/Universal Distributors Announces ‘Summer of Rock Tour’

LOS ANGELES — National/Universal Distributors has announced a nationwide tour and promotional program for adult retailers.

The summer promotional event is being made possible through a partnership with Rock On, NS Novelties, Nasstoys, SI Novelties, Wicked Sensual Care, and Fantasy Lingerie.

The tour kicked off with an outdoor rock concert at the National/ Universal building attended by a crowd of 600-plus customers and industry friends. Industry veteran and sales manager Joe Walla took to the stage during the concert and will be headlining the tour as he stops in 30 cities across the U.S. “rocking the sales of nationwide retailers with one-of-a-kind opportunities to promote the hottest brands of the summer.”

“This is a really exciting promotion that lets our customers know we rock at customer service and we have been doing it for years,” Walla said. “The Summer of Rock Tour is the perfect opportunity for our customers to boost sales this season with fun and engaging ‘rock’n’ marketing concepts.”

The company said it would offer weekly specials and “Phrase That Pays” promotions for retail stores that give discounts on products, prizes and grand prizes. Every week a new phrase for retailers will be introduced to re-post on social networks for the opportunity to earn discounts from participating vendors.

“We always put our customers first,” said Lee Negri, national operations manager. “We will be featuring specials to showcase our ‘Brands That Rock for the Summer,’ including Fantasy Lingerie, NS Novelties, SI Novelties, Nasstoys, Wicked Sensual Care and Rock On.”

The organizers said the Tour will feature a series of specials and events across the country all based on sexy summer themes and rock anthems to amp up sales. Retailers are encouraged to send in videos of their store staff rocking out for even greater discounts and exclusive prizes.

“We’re excited to partner with National/Universal for this fun summer-long promo that really showcases the power of rock n roll,” Rock On President Keith Caggiano said. “Rock On was founded on the concept of rockin’ every day — from sexual performance to every day vitality — and reinvigorating retailer sales with a summer tour is the perfect way to spread our message."

He added, “A customized promotion with a distributor such as this is key to Rock On’s branding efforts, allowing us to create unique opportunities for impactful marketing.”
