SEATTLE — Kheper Games, Inc. on Tuesday announced plans to launch a new brand, Intimate Encounters, at the Adult Novelty Manufacturer's Expo Show this weekend, along with several additional new items.
The Intimate Encounter line helps couples keep dating throughout their relationships.
"As couples age together, build families together and become comfortable together, it is easy for them to get stuck in a romantic rut," said CEO Brian L. Pellham. "It becomes harder to for them to make time together and after many years of having fun together, coming up with something new to do can be very challenging.
"Intimate Encounters tackles this problem with a suite of dating products including: 100 Date Nights, Romantic Recipes and the Intimate Rewards game. The packaging and content are softer and more inviting that other adult-oriented products and make for great wedding, Christmas and Valentine’s gifts. Retailers will love the line as well, as it is soft enough to put in the front of the stores and makes for an attractive and romantic display."
The produce 100 Date Nights offers couples 100 unique dating ideas, the company said. It keeps their date nights interesting by providing unique dating experiences, such as three-legged miniature golf and a midnight picnic, said Kheper Games.
"The sticks are attractive to display, so they can be placed in a decorative bowl or plate in the couple’s bedroom or living room," the company said.
Romantic Recipes is a product that includes a year of 52 recipe cards ideal for couples hoping to spice up their love lives with romantic dinners together. Kheper Games said it fills a much-needed niche in the market in that it brings together many easy-to-make recipes that are "sharable, visually stunning and aromatically romantic." They are all sized appropriately and presented for display for a couple to share. Many recipes also include foods believed to be aphrodisiacs; such as strawberries, chilies, rosemary and chocolate.
Intimate Rewards is a game that encourages couples to reward each other for taking care of their families and other sustaining tasks. It is hard for couples to make time for romance while also taking care of their families and each other, the company said. The game play has couples connecting with each other by earning rewards for answering personal questions. Each player gathers their rewards, such as breakfast in bed, an adventurous date, etc. and then redeems them within the next few weeks as rewards for jobs well done.
