We-Vibe 4 Plus Launches With We-Connect App

OTTAWA — We-Vibe today introduced “We-Vibe 4 Plus,” an app-compatible vibrator that connects couples remotely.

The company said the product works with the free We-Connect app to offer smartphone control, custom vibration play lists and the ability to share control from anywhere in the world.

“The number one-selling couples product now has an app,” CEO Anne Finlayson said. “We-Vibe has been about connecting couples and building intimacy since the company’s inception. With We-Vibe 4 Plus, we are bringing couples together, even when they are apart.”

We-Connect features include: advanced smartphone control, including independent motors and five new bonus modes; the ability to choose a vibe, duration and intensity to build a custom playlist; and connectivity and share smartphone control from anywhere.

The app will be available for free on the App Store and Google Play on Aug. 20 and connects couples through a secure, private connection between smartphones; no sign-in/registration is required. It is available in English, Chinese/Mandarin, Czech, Dutch, French, German, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. The app is compatible with Bluetooth Smart Ready (Bluetooth 4.0) products including iPhone (4S/iOS 7 or newer) and Android devices (OS 4.3 or newer).

We-Vibe 4 Plus features a body-hugging form and soft medical grade silicone. It is 100 percent waterproof, rechargeable and available in pink, purple and slate. The product comes with a wireless remote control and a discreet case for charging, storage and travel.

The MSRP is $179 and will be available to We-Vibe authorized distributors for pick-up on Aug. 20.
