During her four years in California, Givens performed in several hundred films for other companies before producing the “World Record Anal GangBang,” and starting her own production company with releases such as “ATM Babes” and “Chasing Reality.”
“My family is there [in Charlotte, N.C.], and it will feel good to be close to them again,” Givens said of the relocation. “There was a lot left to do in California, so my return kept getting postponed.”
Earlier this year, Givens launched her SexReloaded website and added another fan-based contest, Sex and a Movie…and Dinner, where winners share all the activities in the title with her. Givens said she will continue all of her operations in North Carolina, which hosts other successful adult firms.
“I’m in good company,” Givens said. “North Carolina is home to some great companies including AEBN and Adam & Eve. I’ll still do some shooting in California, but will do a lot more work on the East Coast now. One of my goals is to put an adult club in my hometown.”
Givens said she plans to begin construction on her new club late in 2007. She intends to continue her travel and film schedule through next year, before curtailing those activities.
“I will more than likely slow down a little then — at least on the travel part,” she said. “I’m sure I’ll think of projects I can do from home though, and I have no plans to retire anytime soon.”
