BERLIN — Goliath Books has released “Private Pornography in the Third Reich,” illustrating what happened behind closed doors of a nation whose regime broke all moral taboos.
The Hans von Bockhain Collection book includes 330 photos of sexuality in Germany from 1933-45 that the editors call an “anti-lust period, where sexuality blossomed more in hidden privacy, unless one belonged to the powers that ruled.”
Available in English, German and French, the book retails for $29.95.
