CHATSWORTH, Calif. – Pipedream presented an exclusive Pipedream University training seminar for attendees of the ECN/IVD 30th Anniversary Warehouse Show in Princeton, N.J.
“Having PDU and the Pipedream team here on site was really special, and I know East Coast News customers will benefit from the experience,” said ECN VP Brian Herbstman. “Thanks to Pipedream for taking the time to join us here.”
Pipedream says it packed the weekend with informative seminars and intimate meetings, connecting directly with storeowners, managers, and buyers and graduating more than 100 customers.
“It’s always a pleasure to team up with our friends and powerhouse distributor ECN,” said Visual Merchandiser Briana Honz. “With the level of service we both provide, customers were blown away by the presentation and product offerings. We strive to satisfy our customers, so I strongly believe we brought our A-Game to New Jersey. We want to thank ECN and their amazing customers for their continued support of Pipedream.”
Senior VP of Global Sales Rich Easton made his PDU debut with an in-depth presentation on new sales strategies.
"It was great to work with the team at East Coast News. They are always excited about new products, receptive to new ideas, and open to testing various ways to help our customers connect with their consumers. I was blown away by our customers’ interest level in 'what drives consumer purchase behavior' and the benefits of outstanding customer service."
PDU is an instructional seminar designed to give distributors and retailers the training and tools they need to effectively merchandise Pipedream brands.
Graduates from the program left the ceremony with custom diplomas, training materials, brand one-sheets, and gift bags. Contact a Pipedream salesperson for more information on future PDU opportunities.
