Phantom Frog Updates Software

CYBERSPACE – Phantom Frog has announced version V3.1 of its password protection software, which features geo-IP tracking and automated member support.

Software engineer and Phantom Frog creator Bill Poutinen envisioned a password protection system that would detect password abuse more effectively and efficiently, free up webmasters' time by automatically changing blocked passwords, never restricting valid member access and providing automated member support 24-hours a day.

“Why are there hundreds of password trading sites?” Poutinen asked. “If other products on the market are so effective, why have they failed to put a dent in password sharing? Because they use out-dated technologies that either count IP addresses or use session tracking, of which both are mostly ineffective. Hackers are not even challenged by websites that use image verification.”

Phantom Frog offers a free trial version of its program.

Phantom Frog integrates with CCBill, NetBilling, Paycom, NATS, MPA3 and other payment processors and backend programs.
