“Appetite for Destruction” starring Nikki Benz, Lucy Lee, Melissa Lauren and Patrick, and “Test Drive” with Benz, Lee, Patrick and Roxy Jezel, both released this year, represents the first time Teravision has made its films available on a VOD platform.
“Although the standard business model in today’s Internet-based VOD services is not Teravision’s preferred strategy, we were very happy that Gamelink was aggressive and progressive enough to work out a deal that we are extremely proud of,” Teravision CEO Evan Seinfeld said. “We pride ourselves in being able to roll with emerging technologies and methods of distribution as long as they make sound business sense.”
Seinfeld added that the company selected Gamelink because of its large VOD library and multi-format offerings.
“We are always looking for new and exciting opportunities for our affiliates and there is nothing more exciting than an exclusive VOD deal with Teravision,” Gamelink’s Director of Affiliate Sales Michael Brandvold said. “This is a great opportunity for our affiliates to be part of something big.”
