VAN NUYS, Calif. — DreamZone Entertainment announced the release of “Cape Fear XXX,” a parody of the classic film from 1962, remade in 1991.
Directed by and starring Bonnie Rotten as the iconic Max Cady, “Cape Fear XXX” also stars Chanel Preston, Jodi Taylor, Luna Star, Alec Knight, Evan Stone, Jack Spade, Jimmy Broadway, Jordan Septo and Tommy Pistol. “Cape Fear XXX” marks Rotten’s first director credit for a feature film.
"'Cape Fear XXX’ was a massive adventure for me,” Rotten said. “I had full responsibility for everything: actors, locations, camera men, make up, wardrobe, everything! I had a fantastic time playing the role of Max Cady. I love De Niro so much and was glad to embody his character in a porn parody, especially one I directed.”
After being released from what she believes was a wrongful incarceration, Maxine Cady (Rotten) is out for revenge. Convinced her lawyer, Samantha Bowden (Preston), is to blame, she focuses her terrorizing rampage on her and her family, including her sweet, innocent daughter, Danielle (Jodi Taylor).
The film claims to muddle black with white, good with evil, so viewers are not sure who to root for — Samantha or Max?
