Judy Shalom Gets 2015 XBIZ Exec Awards ‘Businesswoman’ Nomination

LOS ANGELES — They say that hard work pays off and that couldn’t be truer for industry veteran Judy Shalom who has been nominated for “Business Woman of the Year” for the 2015 XBIZ Executive Awards

Having prevailed throughout the years as one of the few high-level female executives in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Shalom has become even more high-profile since the launch of her advertising network ADAMOads.com in early 2014.

Boasting a proven track record in the traffic business for her sharp business analytics and decisive deal making, Shalom celebrates a decade of her contributions with the coveted nod.

“I am very grateful to the community and to XBIZ for acknowledging me and my efforts in a year of tough competition among powerful women in the business,” Shalom says. “It is a surprise and a real wonderful feeling to be recognized and acknowledged by XBIZ and our industry.”

A familiar face at tradeshows and gathering for many years, most notably, Shalom sent shockwaves through the traffic community when she launched her advertising network in January.  Since then, the company has exceeded its own expectations and has grown to a team of eight full time employees and has rolled out innovative advertising solutions for publishers and advertisers alike.

Their solid technological infrastructure and continued commitment to its clients ensuring their success is undoubtedly what earned ADAMO its first-ever XBIZ Award nomination for “Traffic Services Company of the Year, Europe” just last week.  A true honor for a rapidly growing company.

“Really, I could not think of a better way to close out 2014 than with this honor.  I have big plans for the company for the upcoming year and look forward to unveiling some incredible news when 2015 comes around,” said Shalom.  “All in all this has been a dream-like year for the Shalom and the entire ADAMO team.  “We’ve got our eyes set on a major 2015 and beyond.”
