Hot Octopuss Rolls Out Pulse II Collection

LONDON — Hot Octopuss made waves in the sex toy industry last year with the introduction of its “guybrator,” Pulse I.

This year, the sex toy company is expanding its range with the launch of its Pulse II collection, available beginning today.

The Pulse II collection offers two new products: Solo and Duo.

Pulse II Solo, for men, is fully waterproof and features five pre-set vibration modes.

Pulse II Duo, for couples, also comes with five pre-set vibration modes and is waterproof, but additionally features independent controllable vibrations for her via a hand held remote control.

According to the U.K.-based company, the Pulse II Duo is the first couples’ toy on the market to incorporate two separate, independently controlled motors that aim to satisfy the different stimulatory needs of both the man and the woman.

“The overwhelming success of Pulse I demonstrated a global demand for premium sex toys,” said Adam Lewis, Hot Octopuss co-founder. “The Pulse II collection builds upon this success and feedback received from users of Pulse I. We have combined innovative design and manufacturing with our growing industry knowledge in this new collection of toys, which not only make history for being the first of a kind on the market, but also intend to change the general perception of sex toys forever.”

Lewis explained that the company has taken on board reviews, suggestions and responses from consumers and industry critics to improve upon their original design and launch novel ones.

The Pulse II Solo and Duo toys utilize the same oscillating technology found in Pulse I to create high amplitude vibrations for “maximum stimulation for both sexes,” a rep explained. This allows men to use the device from both flaccid or erect states, and therefore offers a potential solution for men and couples whose sex lives may be suffering as a result of erectile dysfunction.

“We’re proud to be an innovative British company, offering genuinely new and design-led products, which deliver an incredible experience,” Lewis said. “Our mission with the Pulse II collection is to provide a range of next generation sex toys that continue to enhance the sex lives of men, women and couples the world over. I want to design sex toys that fit in with people’s lifestyles, not just their bedrooms, and I hope the new collection will help to achieve this.”

All Hot Octopuss products are available to purchase via the Hot Octopuss website, and through various retailers internationally.
