LOS ANGELES — Manipulative Media, the studio headed by Levi Cash, has announced the release of "Stalked," another take on the taboo niche.
Cash co-directed the title along with Steven Escolar. "Stalked" is a vignette-themed release that explores "the dynamic of obsession from within the confines of the taboo niche," according to Cash, who directed "Entrapments," the 2015 XBIZ Award-winning Vignette Release of the Year for Forbidden Fruits Films.
Obsessed fathers find themselves caught in a myriad of situations as they fall deeper into their obsessions with their step-daughters in "Stalked." The cast includes rising star Sydney Cole, Marsha May, Lili Dixon, and Rachael Madori. Tony DeSergio, Michael Masters and Tony D play the conflicted fathers.
“We set out to explore different things we can begin doing with the genre and wanted to focus more on mood and the scenarios presented by the script," Cash said. "It is a very visual piece and I am very proud of the shot selection we used. We wanted to create a creepy voyeuristic feel, and I think our cinematography really stands out.”

Manipulative Media releases are distributed by Exlie Distribution.
“Levi Cash and Manipulative Media picked up right where he left off with Forbidden Fruits Films," said Howard Levine, president of Exile. "Every title has been a big seller and gets reordered, the same as it did when Levi Cash was at Forbidden Fruits Films. His focus on detail is incredible.”
