“Jim has emceed previous XBIZ award ceremonies and did a masterful job,” XBIZ Sales Manager Kristen Kaye said. “He knows how to command an audience and will keep the show flowing. Of course, Tera is the eye candy, but Jim has a great stage presence and we are happy to have him back.”
Henley previously worked for Dream Tank and served as Hustler’s post production director. He also emceed the past two XBIZ Awards.

The XBIZ Awards ceremony marks the culmination of the XBIZ Hollywood '07 Industry Conference, which is the adult entertainment industry's next-generation annual conference. Set against the Hollywood glamour of the Roosevelt Hotel, the event will unite the power centers of the industry for two days of intensive workshops, seminars and networking opportunities.
