Playboy Plus Launches Reality Kings TV in Europe

LONDON — MindGeek’s Playboy Plus has partnered with satellite provider M7 Group to launch Reality Kings TV (RKTV) in the Benelux and Central and Eastern Europe.

The M7 Group also distributes Brazzers TV and VividTV in Europe. The channel will be available 24 hours per day via Astra 3B at 23.5 degrees East.

According to reports, after a test phase, RKTV will debut alongside the pre-existing Brazzers TV Europe Channel to M7 Group subscribers in Benelux — via Canal Digitaal, Online.nl and TV Vlaanderen; and CEE via Skylink. In addition, Brazzers TV Europe will also be available to M7’s DTH subscribers in Wallonia via Téléasat; and in Austria via AustriaSat.

“Playboy Plus is confident that the existing VOD and on-line notoriety of the brand will ensure Reality Kings TV’s success throughout Europe as a complimentary hardcore offer to Brazzers TV Europe. M7 have proved they are a strong partner not only in terms of platform coverage, but full technical support and launch strategies. We are very proud to be working with them and look forward to further enhancing our relationship going forward,” Christina Foley, Playboy Plus director of sales and distribution said.

“We are very pleased that Playboy Plus has selected M7 Group as its European launch partner for the satellite distribution of Reality Kings to both third party operators in Europe and our direct-to-home subscribers in the Benelux and CEE markets,” Bill Wijdeveld, M7 vice president of business development said.

He added, “Having carried Brazzers TV Europe on the M7 platform for many years, this agreement also represents a further strengthening of our cooperation with Playboy Plus and we look forward to a fruitful and successful continuation over the coming years.”
