Elevated X Adds New CMS Live Cam Show Features

LOS ANGELES — Adult content management system provider Elevated X has announced the addition of a suite of live cam show related features to its paysite management product.

Exclusive to the new CMS version 4.0 (released in April), the live shows component offers site owners the ability to add multiple cam feeds/broadcasts to their site and have a seamless cam show feed embedded directly into their paysites.

“Elevated X is used by a large number of solo models, porn stars, swinging couples and independent producers who do live shows but previously had no way to integrate them into their pay site. We’ve made that process effortless,” CEO AJ Hall said.

The 2015 XBIZ Awards Software Company of the Year noted that rather than partner with a cam provider it wanted to offer something that’s universal and can be used by any of its users regardless of their current cam setup or which cam network they’re using.

Along with the offering, site owners can manage schedules for multiple cams by scheduling a one time show or recurring daily, weekly or monthly shows for a specific performer or channel.

Once one or more shows are scheduled, any site member can view a list of upcoming show dates and times for each unique cam feed, with time zones being calculated automatically and adjusted to the viewer’s time to avoid confusion or unhappy members. Live shows also show up on the site’s main monthly calendar of events view so members can view a list of upcoming site updates and live shows with one click.

“We realize our CMS customers are using cam network traffic for direct live show revenue as well as to create a fan base and drive more loyal member traffic to their pay sites. We also realize there are a lot of really talented cam models out there who lack the resources to bring it all together to create a membership site that works hand in hand with their cam business. By tying it all together we’re offering something beneficial to every Elevated X user who does live shows,” Hall added.

Each live show has its own embedded feed page and supports use of any cam network or cam technology that can be inserted into a web page by means of a code snippet or iframe.

To help draw attention to the live interactive aspect of paysites, the tour and member’s area headers now feature a dynamic, countdown ticker showing a live updating display of the remaining days, hours, minutes and seconds until the next live show.

The live cam show feature set is available as a standard, free component in Elevated X 4.0 and the update is available free to all current Elevated X customers.
