According to the company, customers can now stay informed of new arrivals, important updates and limited time special offers, with the ease of receiving a text message.

To receive updates from IVD, text “IVD” to 313131, and to receive updates from ECN, text “ECN” to 313131. Participants will receive a welcome text asking them to reply with their first and last name.
To personalize the program, customers can add their account representative’s name to their first text to the IVD|ECN text messaging service. For example, if Jereme is the customer’s IVD rep, customers can text “IVD Jereme” to 313131 to join that rep’s group.
Additionally, if a customer wishes to take advantage of a deal that they hear about via text, there is no need to wait — they can text IVD|ECN back, and provided they gave their name when they first signed up, IVD|ECN will be able to process the order or have their rep contact them.
