MEDELLIN, Columbia — Chaturbate, along with its COO, Shirley Lara, just finished attending the LALExpo, where the live cams company was among sponsors of the show.
Lara also was found speaking at three industry seminars at the Medellin Columbia show, including “Cam Models and Studios: The Undiscovered and Potential Traffic Affiliates,” “Using Social Media to Create and Grow a Fan Base and Monetize Them" and “How to Become a Top Professional Model.”
It was the second show for LALExpo, and the turnout was high —1,470 registrations, which was comprised mostly of broadcasters (60 percent), organizers said.
LALExpo started out as a local gathering in Colombia whose aim was to network in the live cam niche. It has since become an annual event that’s expanding to include hosting, contact centers, software and web development and more.
