LOS ANGELES — Adult star Nikki Phoenix has been booked to perform an EDM set at the Global Gaming Expo, or G2E, at the NanoTech Gaming booth on Wednesday at Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas.
The live performance with her duo partner JackEL will be in support of NanoTech's casino game that is using her music. The game, "Vegas 2047," is the first skill-based gaming device ever developed.
G2E is the international gaming trade show and conference “by the industry and for the industry.” It is organized by the American Gaming Association (AGA) and Reed Exhibitions.
“We are very excited to have JackELd Phoenix perform in our booth at the G2E show,” said Stephen Riesenberger, creative Ddirector at NanoTech Gaming. “The casino industry is reacting to shifting demographics, and we are building the technology and games that appeal to a new generation of players.
"Electronic Dance Music also represents this new generation, and there’s great synergy between this and our innovative, skill-based games. We feel that G2E visitors will enjoy the high-energy music while experiencing the ‘Future of Gaming.'"
The patent-pending NanoTech Advantage system compares a player’s score and bet amount against all previous scores and bet amounts, awarding a weighted positive EV for an above-average score, and decreasing EV below that set by the house edge for a below-average score.
JackELd Phoenix, signed to Sights & Sounds record label, is scheduled to perform at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the NanoTech Gaming booth 4116.
Phoenix also recently completed shooting the 2016 Vang Comp Systems Calendar, marking the second year in a row the leader in shotgun technology has featured Phoenix with their renown custom gun work.
The 2016 Calendar came about after a strong response from vendors, dealers, and the public, at the 2015 SHOT Show, where Phoenix autographed the limited edition calendars at the Vang Comp booth inside the highly restricted Law Enforcement/Military section. With dealers and the public asking for the next year's calendar in advance, Vang Comp, Phoenix and photographer Miles Long worked hard to top the previous year's shoots.
"This year we had to pull out all the stops, since we wanted to top last year's shoots, and also showcase the custom work we do that isn't just for shotguns," said Cody Stewart, president of Vang Comp Systems. "This year's calendar features ultra custom Glock pistols, custom bolt action sniper rifles, an HCAR 308 battle rifle; one of only 250 in existence; and many other custom rifles and shotguns, featuring the custom work and Cerakote finishes that we are world famous for.
"In addition, we chose some wild locations for our outdoor sets, including heavy machinery, shot up cars, and lots of industrial looks along with some very cool indoor sets. We couldn't be happier with the result, and it's something only our Spokesmodel Nikki and a photographer the caliber of Miles could capture. We can't wait for this year's SHOT Show, last year, the line for autographs from Nikki was so long we had to end the autograph sessions early because of traffic flow issues."
In addition, Phoenix is poised to release her next JackELd Phoenix single "Days Like This" on Oct. 1.
The song will debut on Beatport and all other digital music platforms and it will be featured in their set at Las Vegas Hempfest, Oct. 3. The duo's latest song features a mainstream house style. JackEL'ed Phoenix's breadth of sound stretches from Trap to Electro and now House.
