Net 1on1 Expands Customer Service, Sales Team

SHOREHAM-BY-SEA, U.K. — U.K. wholesaler Net 1on1 has expanded its customer service and sales team with the appointment of Lili Hornyai as sales and customer service assistant.

According to the company, the new appointment is part of a growth strategy that follows the completion of the company’s relocation to Shoreham-by-Sea in Sussex, England earlier this year. Hornyai will be responsible for developing Net 1on1’s customer services and will also support the sales team on driving new business.

“Providing truly excellent service remains a top priority for Net 1on1, so I am excited to announce that we have created a dedicated customer service and sales role to help develop both teams,” said Tony Gonzalez, managing director of Net 1on1. “Lili is already bringing bags of enthusiasm to the role and she has lots of experience in customer service development as she has worked in similar roles for large international organizations. She is a pleasure to work with, and will be instrumental in fostering excellent customer relations and communicating the benefits of new products and exciting new developments to our drop ship service, which will be announced in the New Year.”

Originally from Hungary, Hornyai studied at the University of Brighton before going on to gain experience in a number of customer service and sales positions at organizations such as William Hill, Disney and INTO University Partnerships.

“I am delighted to have joined Net 1on1 and I already feel part of the team,” Hornyai. “So far the feedback from our customers on products has been amazing, and I look forward to the New Year when will be developing our services and announcing the launch of exciting new product lines.”

Earlier this year Net 1on1 completed the move from St Albans in Hertfordshire to the historic town of Shoreham-By-Sea in West Sussex. The move follows the opening of a new warehouse in the town in 2013.

“It makes good business sense for Net 1on1 to be in one location in the south of England, as this helps us to reduce costs and offers greater scope to grow,” Gonzalez said. “In the New Year we will be looking to take full advantage of this as we further develop our services, product portfolio and award-winning sales team.”
