NETbilling Promotes Brian Howard to Call Center Manager

VALENCIA, Calif. — NETbilling Inc. has handed over the reins of its call center to long time NETbilling employee Brian Howard.

Howard attended Antelope Valley College to pursue computer science.

He joined the transaction processing and call center services company in May of 2004 as call center agent and worked his way up to a lead representative and supervisor.

In mid-2015, after 11 years, Howard was promoted to NETbilling's call center manager position.

NETbilling’s CEO Mitch Farber said: “Brian has been an integral part of our NETbilling family for 11 years and does an amazing job with his staff. I am pleased to have him in charge of our call center, and are looking forward to his continued success.”

Howard now manages a team of more than 40 supervisors and call center agents.

He assists in new call center client setups and staff hiring and training.
