Fun Factory, Pleasure Chest Team for Discovery Tour

LOS ANGELES — Fun Factory is partnering with retailer The Pleasure Chest for a night of aphrodisiac-inspired appetizers and paired wines, alongside interactive educational stations.

On July 7, from 7-10 p.m., both companies will come together at The Pleasure Chest’s West Hollywood location, where knowledgeable on-staff sex educators will help suggest ways to pair wine, aphrodisiac treats and toys for an experience that engages all of the senses. Attendees who participate in the interactive stations at the event will receive gift bags with treats from both Fun Factory and The Pleasure Chest.

The event will also showcase Fun Factory’s collaboration with designer Karim Rashid with a giveaway for customers who make any Fun Factory purchase over $99 in July. Customers will take home a limited edition Rashid-designed toy bag whose pattern was inspired by Fun Factory’s signature shapes and colors.

“We’re celebrating our 20th anniversary with a Summer of FUN — that is, we’re putting our focus on helping people enjoy themselves as much as possible,” said Kristen Tribby, Fun factory’s director of marketing and education. “This event is all about inviting guests to explore and see what they like.”

“A similar event for Valentine’s Day at our Upper East Side location was a huge success,” commented Sarah Tomchesson, head of business operations at The Pleasure Chest. “We’re delighted to be bringing the fun to Los Angeles during.”

The Fun Factory Discovery Tour will take place on Thursday, July 7 at The Pleasure Chest Los Angeles, located at 7733 Santa Monica Blvd. Attendance is free; no reservations required. For more information, visit PleasureChest.com.
