JOHANNESBURG — Tanya Tate will be appearing at the Sexpo South Africa convention, to be held this Thursday, Oct. 27 through Sunday, Oct. 30 at the Johannesburg Exposition Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa.
“I had such a wonderful experience the last time I was in Johannesburg that I leapt at the opportunity to come back for another appearance,” Tate said. “There is so much going on at the convention that it's like going to a multi-day party. I look forward to seeing all the fans that come to the show.”

Tate will be one of the judges of Sexpo South Africa’s cosplay competition.
“A noted cosplayer in her own right, the popular geek personality will suit up as a pop-culture character to assist in picking a winner of the contest,” a Sexpo spokesperson said. “With prizes that include R20,000 plus games and geek swag, hopefuls will compete in the Best Female Cosplay, Best Male Cosplay, Most Authentic Character Recreation and Sexiest Character Interpretation categories.”
