HIGHSTOWN, N.J. — East Coast News (ECN) has announced a promotion and partnership for the month of November — which is being dubbed “Movember” — to promote prostate cancer awareness.
For the entire month of November, East Coast News will donate a portion of its sales on select products from Aneros, Bathmate, CalExotics, The Rabbit Company and Sir Richards to ZERO, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting prostate cancer.
“As the global leader in prostate toys, health, and sexual health and wellness, it is important for us to be involved with a campaign like this,” said Brent Aldon, director of sales and marketing for Aneros. “We are very excited to partner with East Coast News to help promote prostate cancer awareness.”
Movember, ECN said, “is a month where men grow out their facial hair to raise awareness of various diseases that affect mainly men, such as prostate cancer. Movember aims to increase early cancer detection, diagnosis and effective treatments, and ultimately, reduce the number of preventable deaths.”
ZERO, ECN said, advances prostate cancer research and promotes programs like the ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk.
"ZERO is grateful for the support of our mission to end prostate cancer,” said Colony Brown, vice president of marketing and communications for ZERO. “Sexual health is a priority for men with prostate cancer and their partners. One in seven men will get the disease during their lifetime, and we are pleased to partner with East Coast News to share awareness and hope.”
Customers who wish to participate in this promotion are encouraged to visit this link or contact their East Coast News sales representative.
East Coast News, distributor of adult toys, novelties and accessories, now features more than “30,000 products from more than 150 of the industry’s best manufacturers,” a company representative said. “With warehouses strategically located in New Jersey, Florida and California, shipping times are minimized and efficiency is maximized for all customers, regardless of location.”
