LAS VEGAS — Nikki Phoenix is featured in a Q&A article for rapper 50 Cent’s ThisIs50.com, discussing her Las Vegas-based EDM band Jackeld Phoenix and her work with her musical partner, songwriter/producer Vlad Lux. To view the article, visit this link.
“I can't be happier with how much success I have been fortunate enough to enjoy this year,” Phoenix said. “It's been quite an honor to have been approached by This Is 50 for an interview and to be taken so seriously as an up and coming musician and artist.”
The interview coincides with Jackeld Phoenix being verified by music service Spotify.
“It was also fantastic to see that Spotify also verified my EDM band, which I have been working so hard with,” Phoenix said. “And I can't wait for the beginning of this coming year, as we will be releasing some of (the) latest songs we have been in the studio working on for these last few months. I again want to especially thank my label, my social media team, my production company, my distributor Juicy and its owner, Jerry for all of their support. I couldn't have asked for a more hard working and productive team."
In addition to her mainstream work, Phoenix directed Little Dragon Pictures’ “Candy Lickers 2,” distributed by Juicy Entertainment and featuring Lynn Vega, Riley Reyes, Nicky Ferrari, Lauren Phillips and Anna Bell Peaks, among others.
"This year really has been an amazing year for Nikki," said Jerry E., Juicy’s owner. “I'm proud to know her as a person and to see her blossom so much as an artist and performer, as she continues to be able to pursue her passions in mainstream, music and adult and show us that there are no limits or barriers that can't be broken by women in this business. Again, a big congratulations to Nikki from the Juicy/Exquisite family. We are proud to be her distributor.”
Phoenix recently reached 200,000 likes on her verified Facebook fan page when she was getting ready to attend the Fetish and Fantasy Ball at Las Vegas’ Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Halloween Weekend. The event featured costumes and cosplay outfits from Sssabrakadabra Clothing, which Phoenix is a spokesmodel for. Sssabrakadabra is also the exclusive designer for Ms. Phoenix's feature dance costumes.
Phoenix has been working on her adult site, NikkiPhoenixxx.com, which features scenes from her DVD and VOD releases as well as new girl/girl content, personal photos and videos. Phoenix’s new NATS-powered affiliate program, Dark Reach Cash, is managed by Rob M., formerly with Twistys.
