LOS ANGELES — XBIZ is pleased to announce the debut of an educational track for talent, including performers and models, as part of the upcoming XBIZ 2017, presented by Camgasm.com and in association with APAC.
The adult industry’s annual conference series once again takes over West Hollywood’s luxurious Andaz hotel from Jan. 9-13, for four action-packed days of unparalleled business opportunities, along with executive networking, in-depth learning and social events in an elegant and exclusive setting.
The event series culminates on Thurs., Jan. 12, with the star-studded XBIZ Awards show, set to be hosted by adult film legend Ron Jeremy.
The newly introduced talent track will offer unique insights on the latest business issues, trends and opportunities for performers and models, with targeted sessions covering revenue streams, planning for the future, newbie questions, brand building and fan engagement.
“L.A. is the epicenter of the adult entertainment community, and home to the largest pool of talent,” said Moe Helmy, events director of XBIZ. “With so many performers and models in the area and so much crossover between film work and camming, it made total sense to create a special track.
“From newbies to seasoned pros, everyone who works in front of the camera will benefit from the connections and knowledge they will gain at XBIZ,” Helmy added. “It’s yet one more example of how XBIZ is uniting and empowering all segments of the industry, to grow together into the future.”
Additional details including session descriptions, locations and times will be forthcoming.
Offering a multitrack educational program, XBIZ 2017’s seminars and workshop series, sponsored by NETbilling, will reveal the latest trends in just about every market segment with an emphasis on the cutting-edge of interactive entertainment, digital media delivery, mobile tech and more, with a view towards the future that provides attendees with the knowledge and power to stay ahead of the curve.
