PinkCherry Adds PayPal Express for Online Purchases

TORONTO — PinkCherry has added PayPal Express as a payment option for PinkCherry.ca and PinkCherry.com.

“We are constantly in search of ways to provide our customers with an even better shopping experience,” said PinkCherry CEO Daniel Freedman. “By adding PayPal Express, we are further simplifying our online checkout and making PinkCherry more accessible to all.”

PinkCherry said that PayPal Express will be a mobile-friendly option for customers.

“From the shopping cart, consumers will now be able to login to their PayPal account,” PinkCherry said. “This will add a new level of ease for mobile users, who account for over 50 percent of all transactions.”

PinkCherry said, “As one of the most preferred payment methods worldwide, PayPal offers secure payments by providing an extra level of security and privacy (because) its users do not have to disclose their financial information directly to online merchants when paying for items. Additionally, PayPal’s proprietary fraud detection models, 24/7 fraud monitoring, and protection for buyers against unauthorized transactions, gives shoppers peace of mind and more confidence to buy online.
