Wasteland Scores 3 XBIZ Awards Nominations

LOS ANGELES — BDSM studio Wasteland has received three nominations in the 2017 XBIZ Awards, to be held Thursday, Jan. 12 at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles and hosted by Ron Jeremy.

Wasteland is nominated for BDSM Release of the Year for “Punishments Incorporated,” released under the Severe Sex DVD imprint, as well as Specialty Affiliate Program of the Year for its advertising affiliate program, SpiceCash. And Wasteland.com is up for Adult Site of the Year: BDSM.

Wasteland/SpiceCash CEO Colin Rowntree said he is “delighted that we’ve been recognized with three XBIZ Award nominations this year. We have continued to work hard to innovate and to use Wasteland's experience in creating evocative content, cutting-edge marketing and technology, and our many years of success to continue to be a cornerstone in this ever-changing industry as well as an ongoing standard of excellence.”

Rowntree urged webmasters to check out SpiceCash.

“Sites like SciFiDreamGirls, ForbiddenEast, TribalMale and FemDomBride provide webmasters the opportunity to promote something truly different thematically, including a lot of content which hasn’t been plastered all over every free tube site in existence,” Rowntree said. “And it’s all backed by the Wasteland brand and over two decades’ history of fair, honest and ethical dealings with all our webmasters, advertisers and marketing partners."
