NEW YORK — NBA star Charles Oakley will host Headquarters Gentlemen’s Club’s March Madness party in New York City this Thursday at 10 p.m.
The NY Daily News profiled Oakley, which said, “Oakley, a bruising 6-feet-9 all-star forward who spent 19 years in the NBA, was tossed from the audience during a nationally televised game at the Garden last month amid an ongoing feud with Knicks owner James Dolan. The media heir took over the once-proud organization in 1999. We’re told that Headquarters started pursuing Oakley to host a party there ‘literally the day after that kerfuffle happened.’”
Oakley will be available for autographs, photographs and will be signing basketballs.
Headquarters is located at 552 W. 38th Street, New York, N.Y., 10018.
