Webmaster Central Launches 'High-Def Hardcore'

LOS ANGELES — Webmaster Central has launched a new high-definition leased feed called "High-Def Hardcore," featuring high-def adult content available in multiple speeds and in widescreen format.

Webmaster Central CEO Andy Alvarez told XBIZ that the company is constantly looking for new ways to improve its content distribution, and the special features in his "High-Def Hardcore" feed are the result of development initiated in 1996.

Alvarez said users have access to high-def movies from dozens of adult studios through Webmaster Central's brightly designed interface. Its most innovative feature, he said, is the new Webmotion thumbnail samples, making it that much easier for users to choose the content that's right for their tastes.

"This allows users to see a 20-30 second preview of the HD scene, instead of just a low-res static image," Alvarez said.

The high-def content Webmaster Central receives is adapted to fit the company's own template and interface, and then is posted on the site in three Internet speeds, so all users can enjoy them.

"Not everyone has a computer fast enough to watch high-speed content," Alvarez said.

Webmaster Central also expanded its viewing screen's aspect ratio to widescreen, to further enhance users' high-def viewing experience.
