Hefner is no stranger to fundraising for Democratic campaigns. In 2004 Hefner gave $2,000 to Sen. John Kerry, and in the '90s, both Al Gore and then-President Bill Clinton each received $1,000 from the Playboy founder.
And Clinton is no stranger to being offered campaign donations from pornographers. During her 2004 Senate campaign, Clinton was offered $1,000 from Hustler publisher Larry Flynt; however, she declined to accept the donation.
Other celebrity Clinton supporters are Chevy Chase, Jerry Springer and Barbra Streisand.
Representatives for both Clinton and Hefner were unavailable for comment at press time.
